Returned Goods: Please contact us before returning merchandise.  No credits will be given with out a return authorization number from us. And will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods: Should be reported to carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping: We still ship 5 days a week! Flat Rate Priority Shipping Via USPS at $8.95 (2 to 4 day delivery time) for Lower 48 States only!(Excluding Brooders & Cabinet Incubators). Also Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories only $18.95.

Vaccine & Antigen Shipments: When purchasing vaccines & antigen select the flat rate $59.95 for your order. We only ship vaccine and antigen via express mail.  .

Products: We carry a full line of products produced by Brower, G.Q.F., Cooper, Beacon, Kuhl, Strombergs, Barron's, GP, Dubois, Durvet, Bock, National Band, A & A and more.  Please call us for something we don't carry.  We will try to find it for you!

Backorders: We keep a large inventory of all items, but sometimes we sell out. We then ship as soon as we can restock.

Gift Certificates: Are available in any denomination.

Animal Welfare Act: Twin City Poultry Supply will not knowingly ship products in violation of the Animal Welfare Act.
